Miss V was only 7 days old when I got to visit her at her home. Mom and Dad definitely have a taste for fun furniture and colors which made my job super easy. Every where I turned there was a fun place to shoot. I will get to watch Miss V grow every step of the way this year too! Mom purchased one of my packages that allows me to come and photograph every 3 months. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE to watch the baby’s plump up, fill out, start to crawl and then get to see them walk. It is such a treat for me.
I knew that Miss V’s mom was going to be fun to hang with when big sister opened the door and was thrilled to show me all of her fun toys. I even got my hand painted before I left. Big sister is quite the artist and designer. She had me giggling the whole morning. She had some fun ideas for pictures and even broke out her camera to take a couple images of her baby sister too. I am excited to see what she comes up with for the next shoot!
Miss V was a smiley baby and SO very content.
Her older sister is such a funny little beautiful girl….can you believe she is only 4?
I got some funny sibling shots but these two are some of my favorites that really show how similar the girls look even though they have different color hair. I love comparing and seeing what features siblings have in common…it is so amazing to me to see how each person is created so differently and yet siblings have so many similar features.
Can you see how much hair she has…..I am so curious to see if it will turn blonde like sisters or stay dark brown!

Mr. L got a bit hungry so what is better on a hot day for teething than a watermelon rind!

Their son was born on Friday after deciding to stay put inside momma’s tummy for a long time!
The boys are fraternal twins and it was so fun to see similarities but also how each one looked so much like dad!
dang…i love baby toes….
Next up is one of my daughter’s kindergarten friends…she is an ABSOLUTE doll and so is her sweet momma! She came uber prepared with her trunk loaded with clothing for me to decide on. A lot of the other moms did too….which REALLY helps me do my job so well…I can VERY quickly decide what clothing will work best for a shoot. It’s really just like playing barbies like when I was a kid! ha!
after photographing miss ray of sunshine and her family we had lunch…chatted about the images we had taken and then photographed oodles of kiddos. My mother in law raises chicks and so I borrowed three baby chicks for the shoot! They were a HUGE hit with the kids. One baby chick was enjoying getting petted so much that she layed down to go to sleep….we thought for sure the chick was dead and then all of a sudden she popped up and ran off! Hilarious!
This little sweetheart above and below is my son’s girlfriend….or so he claims. She is a super fun girl to be around and I was so happy to have some 
And I got to meet some new little kiddos! Check out this little darling…she has the awesomest hair and the sweetest little lips.
She has similar features to her brother…
and oldest sister has different features but she still looks very similar. Isn’t it fun….to see all the similarities within the siblings. And these children were the sweetest most mild mannered children.
Here are another set of siblings….and there are definitely smaller similarities….but you can still seem them!
I will be coming back tomorrow and showing more from this super fun day! I keep falling asleep at my computer so that is my cue to go to bed!
